How realistic was the characterization? Bogdan was an eccentric in every aspect of his life. He was moody and unfilled. Just as most people of genius levels are. He was irrational concerning many topics.
How does the setting figure into the book? Never really felt like I was there. He wasn't ever content or happy and these feelings sometimes passed on to the reader.
What are some of the book's themes? His many career changes, his many women. A hunger that couldn't be satisfied. How rich he became from Semmant playing the stock market.
Disclosure - I received a free copy of the book which did not affect my honest opinion.
